Training Sessions, Workshops, and Courses

At KelC Academy (KelC Creative Sdn Bhd 961920U), we strive to provide a clear and fair refund and cancellation policy.

  1. Registration and Payment:
    • HRDC Claimable: If your company is HRDC registered (Course code: 10001439460).
    • Deposit for Cash Paying Students: A RM500 deposit is required to secure your seat. This deposit is non-refundable.
    • Deposit for HRDC Registered Company’s Staff: A RM500 deposit per staff will be collected via HRDC claim. This deposit is also non-refundable.
    • Full Payment: Payment due 7 days before the class begins. Payment can be made via bank transfer or payment through product link at https://www.kelcdigitalmarketingacademy.com
  2. Cancellations and Refunds:
    • Non-Refundable: All deposits, whether for cash-paying students or HRDC registered company’s staff, are non-refundable.
    • Class Attendance: If you cannot attend the class, you may postpone your participation or choose another class. To transfer your registration to another individual, contact Mable via WhatsApp or email at least 7 days before the class starts.
    • Organizer Cancellation: In the event of cancellation by the organizer, you will be notified and offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.
    • Liability Limitation: The organizers are not liable for any personal expenses incurred by participants if the class is rescheduled or canceled.
  3. Course Changes:
    • If KelC Academy cancels or reschedules a course, you may choose to transfer to another session or receive a full refund.
  4. On-Demand/Self-paced Courses:
    • A full refund can be requested within 15 business days of registration. A RM150 administrative fee will apply.
    • No refund is available after 15 business days or if course requirements are not completed.
  5. Data Privacy:
    • Personal information collected will be used in accordance with our privacy policy to administer the class and for future communication.
  6. Amendment of Terms:
    • These terms are subject to change, and participants will be notified of any amendments.
